A block from Universal Studios, at the 101 freeway & Lankershim Blvd in Studio City near all major movie and television houses in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Burbank, and North Hollywood.

Best pricing are hours when we're closed: weekday mornings 5am-11am, nights 11pm-5am. We can also film in the patio for small productions while we're open. And, we can close for certain productions. We can accomodate all day large shoots too!
We can also do small shoots (4 person crew) while we're open in 1 of the patios or the private dining room for $250 an hour.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more

Productions may cancel their booking up to 14 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
