The neighborhood is very welcoming and quiet, yet fun and full of charm. So relax outside with a glass of wine and dine underneath the stars as you sit and converse with family and friends. You also have full access to top of the line appliances and washer and dryer located on-site. Central AC/Heating and beautiful gas fireplace make this the most cozy rental you will find in Los Feliz!
Also, the house is literally a block away from Prospect Studios, which films tons of television shows and movies. So you just may see one of your favorite celebrities walking about :)
