East coast style house in historic Orange used in 13 Chapman University films and 1 commercial. Spacious rooms flow from room to room to allow camera equipment, lights and actors to have space. Neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac where most people work during the day. Rooms for use include a living room, dining room, kitchen, kitchen nook, family room and a bedroom. The front living room, facing east, has a great bay window. The back kitchen nook , facing west, has a smaller bay window. The house sits on a 7000 foot lot. While the Attached garage allows storage of equipment overnight. Backyard patio allows setup of actor and crew rest areas. Wood floors cover most of the downstairs with exception of living room
We have an updated white kitchen now. In addition we have a wood staircase installed a couple of years ago. We have solar energy with backup battery
