After that, you will be charged time and a half. Example: If you book 3 hours and it turns into 6 hours, the last 2 hours will be time and a half so please be as accurate as possible with the time you book. CLEANING We now charge a $100 flat Clean/disinfect fee. The studio is properly cleaned and disinfected in-between every booking. What are the parking and load-in / loud out options on site? 6 normal size cars can park right outside 15 ft from the stage. Very easy load-in. Non-restricted street parking and very cheap public parking nearby.
