The saltwater grotto pool and jacuzzi has 9 different colors to choose from. There are 3 waterfalls in the pool. There is a gazebo bar with a thatched roof, fire pit and also an outside fireplace on a private patio. There is a play house and tree house as well. The inside has 3 living rooms and 2 kitchens to choose from. The lot size is 18,000 share feet with lots of nooks and grannies to choose from.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
