The home is a innovative new build designed by contemporary architect Warren Techentin and features: massive geometric windows, a pool and hot tub overlooking city lights, bedrooms with a mind-blowing views, sleek kitchen/dining room overlooking the pool, chic living room with hidden bar, media room, a lacquered red bathroom, a separate cabana house (with living room, bedroom, bathroom), and a separate gym with wood floor and full bathroom, and a wraparound balcony and roof deck. Located on a gated street in central Hoolywood, the house is has easy access to/from 101 Freeway. The home is at the end of a semi-private street.
Bedrooms available depending on use. The driveway is gated and leads to 3 car garage. Parking for 7-10 cars around the house with ample parking nearby for more cars and truck parking. Full size trampoline available for rental. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
