Small stucco house with land all around. Acreage on one side and house on other. Mountain in front and houses on all other sides. Edison power pole in middle with transformer for large amounts of power.Transformer on corner of property for additional power. Will allow transformation of entire property as long as property is returned to original state unless otherwise inspected and deemed in writing ok to leave transformation. Any transformation must meet all local laws and must be warrantied for 60 days of defects if accepted to remain. A lamb was trained and used in student production and lambs are available for production. All that wish to any production MUST have their own insurance for property, labor, equipment and anything else that may need to be insured. All that wish to any production must be licensed and insured. All licenses and policies must be shown before any production is to begin or access to property for setup. Cancellation policy will not be waived if production of licenses and policies is not done prior to access of property. Safe storage must be made available for all items not being used in production.
