We have a modern and warm house in Silver Lake, facing the Silver Lake Reservoir (2400sqft, corner lot). It has great views of the reservoir, particularly gorgeous in the morning and evening! The home has been recently updated with all modern/designer finishes. Neutral colored walls with warm wood furniture, floors, and cabinetry. Tons of natural light (though it may be hard to tell in the pictures because I'm a terrible photographer). There are two outdoor decks facing the water, one that is large (450sf approx) and one that is medium sized (150sf approx). Large fully-functional chefs kitchen. A huge atrium skylight gives amazing views of the reservoir (with mechanical shade if you need to limit light). Beautifully landscaped front and backyards. Home gym available for filming as well (200sf).
The backyard has a large table (accommodates 14+) and two other seating areas where most crews easily set up their HQ, viewing stations, craft services, etc. Both front decks also have ample seating and space to set up tables, shade tents, scaffolding, or serve other needs.

RULES
We love helping folks with their events, creative projects, and film shoots! We're looking for respectful crews who will treat the house and homeowners with respect while filming. Our home is kept very clean and needs to be returned to that condition.
Basic House Rules:
- One room of the house should be left for the homeowner during filming.
- Do not enter or use any rooms that were not agreed upon in the contract (this includes using these room to store furniture or equipment).
- Exterior doors must be kept closed as much as possible during filming (not locked, just closed).
- No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property.
- Trash must be removed from the premises at the end of each day of the booking.
- Overtime will be billed at 1.5x of the agreed upon hourly rate. Bookings include any tech visits, load-in, setup, cleanup, and load-out.
PROTECTING THE HOME - Layout board must be used to cover all wood & carpeted floors. No drinks, including water, are allowed on any wood furniture. Food and drink are only allowed in the kitchen or outdoors, unless cleared by host. A damage deposit may be required.
STAGING - Furniture may be moved for shoot with host approval -- but must be returned to original setup before departure (including outdoor furniture). Please handle items with care. It's a good idea to take photos before moving furniture as a reminder of how to re-stage the space.
CLEANING & SETUP - Please leave the house clean, take out trash, return everything to original setup. Floors and bathrooms must be left relatively clean and trash cannot be left on the premises or on the sidewalk/curb.
DAMAGE - Accidents may happen, but we require that Production inform us if anything is damaged during its use. A walk-through is required after all bookings.
DEPARTURE - The shoot is over when the tail lights of the production vehicles can be seen leaving. Please give yourselves enough time to load out. Please do not load everything into the street to beat the clock only to continue loading your parked vehicles in the street. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and our neighbors have been really considerate to allow filming without complaining, especially in the evenings and mornings. We respectfully cannot have film crews loitering in the street.
