The space includes lots of natural lighting, high ceilings and an open floor plan. You can move the furniture around, but then you have to put them to their corresponding place. ( 50 Chairs, 7 tables, 3 sofas, 4 armchairs) - More chairs can be rented for an extra cost.

IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps us to better coordinate our day, and to schedule the housekeepers.
We also offer individual desk rentals for daily/weekly/monthly rates. Prices are negotiable but range from $25 per day, $150 per week, $375 per month and the prices are negotiable depending on the number of desks needed or number of days/weeks/months desired.

- All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.
- Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster.
- Additional cleaning fee may be applied if space is left exceptionally messy.
