We provide trash bags, toilet paper, filtered water, printer, two iMac stations, ladder, cleaning tools, Wi-Fi, Make-up station with vanity lights, chair, steamer and clothing rack. We do not provide a projector.
For a small additional charge, we have some lighting packages and amenities available for rent during your booking. Please find link for exact breakdown:

Please lift any furniture when moving, as pushing may injure the legs and result in damage costs -Please use PAINTERS or Low-Tack tape only for any wall usage to avoid stripping -Please do not write on tables or walls, or use permanent ink on paper against tables or walls -Please do not lean any heavy equipment against walls or sound paneling -There are no open flames/lit candles allowed in the space -We do not allow outside music sources or amplifiers. House-trained pets are welcomed in the studio
-Please inform host on any additional attendees as this will result in additional charge -
Please notify us at least 1 hour before the end of your booking period if your production or event will run overtime or undertime. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the original hourly rate per Peerspace Overtime policy. Please follow trash removal instructions below & be sure to take all your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Please plan to remove all trash bags, boxes, etc. from our space before the end time of your event. On-site manager will help you locate the nearest dumpster to the studio. It is okay to use any powder, chalk, flour, confetti, glitter, or hard-to-clean substance but will result in additional $100 cleaning fee.
