Crestmore Manor, a magnificent 10,830 square-foot colonial-style mansion, was built in the mid 1950’s by W.W. “Tiny” Naylor, a restaurateur and the state’s second-leading thoroughbred breeder of the time. Some highlights of the well-manicured grounds include brick paving, an expansive lawn, majestic old shade trees, and a picturesque pond, all of which create an ideal backdrop for film productions. The courtyard also features a charming fountain and enough space to facilitate an intimate outdoor setting. Main house is available for exterior filming. The Carriage House in the back which is used for events is available for interior or exterior filming.
