CONDUIT at JUNCTION BLOCK
CONDUIT is an historic space for day rentals, art shows, vendor fairs, band/dance rehearsals, photo/video shoots, pop-ups, yoga classes, film screenings, music salons, meetings, industry meet-and-greets, production run-throughs for stage shows, and more.
2900 sq.ft. landmark building, 32' exposed wood beam ceilings, two full bathrooms, loading dock, outdoor patio, industrial-size roll-up door that opens to look out onto the new LA Historic Park. Originally called the Raphael Junction Block building, it's the second oldest industrial building still standing in LA, and was the first train station - the original train tracks are still here on the front lawn, overgrown with wild grass and cacti.
