Charming and Unique 1920's Brick Cottage

Welcome to Our Historic Hollywoodland Cottage! Built in 1922 by architect Herbert A. Linthwaite, this house has been designated a historic cultural monument. We are guardians of this special house and are so happy to share it with you. The house is a brick, English Tudor style 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath location that also has a balcony, dining room, kitchen and butler’s pantry, brick walled office, and living room for shooting.
