Bowles Hall

Nestled in the hills of Berkeley, Bowles Hall offers an unparalleled view of the UC Berkeley campus and the San Francisco Bay. Originally built in 1928 as a loving tribute to Cal alum and University regent Philip E. Bowles by his wife, Mary Amanda Bowles, we are proud to be on the National Registry of Historic Places and feature a beautifully distinct collegiate gothic style of architecture. Restored in 2016, Bowles Hall has maintained its historic charm while supporting more modernized facilities for guests.

We follow the standard policies and procedures of UC Berkeley, please refer to or call us at (510) 431-2992 for more information.
