Gas Station USA

A simple but typical gas station/donut shop/mechanics auto body shop and office area. Perfect setting for a film or TV scene that takes place at a gas station. It’s near the bay but could be anywhere USA. A lot of space and room to shoot, set up and park vehicles.

Office 4

This sweet office space sits on the bay, on the 2nd floor of a small professional building. Parking available for one or 2 cars on set, and use of the desks, chairs, computers, filing cabinets, and with a small kitchen area as well. Perfect setting for a small business photoshoot or short film.

Recording Studio with Home-Like & Industrial-Type Area/Roof

Located in Downtown, Los Angeles is a beautiful old building that was once a Handbag Factory.
Now it is filled with vintage recording equipment and old decorations.
There are multiple facilities at this property, some more modern, and some more vintage.
The space doubles as a background for a home or recording studio. We have spaces that resemble living rooms and a very large kitchen that allows for wide open shots.
Some walls are covered in reclaimed old barn wood and some are brick walls. There is alot character and texture in most spaces.
The roof top has a great view of downtown, Los angeles.
We have a secured parking lot and plenty of amenities listed below.

Immersive Multimedia Creative Space

A creative immersive multimedia production and event space located in El Segundo’s Smoky Hollow District, in the heart of Silicon Beach between LAX and Manhattan Beach. Studio 1 features four large videowall display systems with advanced mega-high resolution media servers capable of delivering a wide range of dazzling possibilities for creating a most unique immersive experiential environment for special events, corporate conferences, presentations, meetings, filming, screenings, and live performance.
Space contains elegant high-tech design features, exposed bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floors, stainless steel kitchen. Ability to completely black out the space for optimal video control. Couch seating for 12 and custom styled chairs for 40 additional.
PennRose Studios includes an in-house post-production studio and videowall programming facility operated by Holonyne Corporation, an industry leader in immersive digital environments. Facility includes multiple workstations and network storage on a 10GB backbone. DaVinci Resolve Suite with full console and 4K media servers. Available upon request for video recording, editing, lighting, documentation, and specialized services. High bandwidth connectivity for streaming live events.
Rental includes event manager and video operator. Security, coat check, catering, bartending, and other services are available.
Facility includes 18 spaces private parking. Additional valet parking and free in street parking available.
