The property is 3/4 of an acre, farming 1/4 of an acre, and the house itself is 3 stories and approximately 4700 square feet.
Production space includes all outdoor space, the farm, and the exterior of the house. The space is perfect for natural light lifestyle photo shoots or videos. Grounds are full sun most of the day, with shade under the large old 70 foot tall pine tree. Front of the house faces due north.
